FlexStake makes five markers that are particularly well suited for airport use. The SlimLine, the HD or SM duplex, and the TM tubular. Because of their ability to withstand multiple traffic hits at up to 80mph, the FlexStake HD, SM, and TM have been approved by the FAA for use on runways and taxi strips. At speeds up to 80mph, these posts can be run over by a plane without damage to landing gear or post.

SM700 and HD600 duplex posts (both ground and surface mounts) were designed for high?impact locations. Both posts can take multiple high speed traffic run-overs without damage.
TM750 tubular posts (both ground and surface mounts) were designed for areas where maximum 360 degree visibility is required.
SlimLine posts and signs (see below) are more appropriate for marking baggage cart and pedestrian traffic. SlimLine is particularly useful as a barrier to unauthorized traffic. If closely spaced, they appear impassable, but official vehicles can drive over them without damage to post or vehicle.

All FlexStake posts are UV stabilized to give years of service in all weather. Posts are available in heights from 1½ to 5 ft. above ground in any of six standard colors. Any pattern of reflective sheeting (in high intensity or engineering grade) can be installed to meet customer requirements.

High-impact Slimline Signs are designed to be as unobtrusive as possible while still getting their message across. Used in parks, on foot paths, mountain trails, or on any facility serving pedestrian or off-road traffic. Faces are UV resistant, copolymer extrusions mechanically fastened to posts. Faces may be fitted with any standard warning label. Faces and posts are available in all eight standard colors. Mounting: Direct into ground or snow or into optional AN500 anchor.

FlexStake high-impact bracket mounted markers have received national acclaim (except from our competitors). Our Fire Hydrant and horizontal sign posts have the proven impact-resistance for which the company is well known. Small bracket posts are the same polycarbonate extrusions as SlimLine, Large posts are the HD duplex or TM tubular, all of which can withstand an incredible number of crash hits at 55mph or above without failure.

Hinges are all-weather polymer, mechanically fastened to the appropriate size plated mild steel bracket. We can produce any sign to customer's specifications, but signs must remain within the load carrying capacity of the specific post.

All standard signs are available that do not exceed the load carrying capacity of the post. We also carry in stock: K Marker, Chevron Marker and other small signs that are not pictured. Sign faces are cut from UV resistant, hi-impact, post-consumer recycled copolymer. Faces are silk-screened with hi-density, UV stabilized, copolymer inks. Faces are mechanically fastened to one of two posts: hi-impact duplex posts (as shown) and the hi-impact tubular post used in our highway channelizer. copolymer faces available in all standard colors. Specialized sign shapes and silk screening are available on special order.
